Bug Description
Currently we only update the progress bars when we finish importing a file. Sometimes this is fine UX-wise, but if you're importing large files (say those frequent 4GB video files), Dmedia appears to hang.
Fixing this first requires a change in the underlying filestore import machinery:

And then we'll have to make some changes in how the signals are handled in ImportWorker and ImportManager.
No change will be required in the UI pieces an they deal with generic-enough signals already.
