finddevices doesn't work

Bug Description

finddevices is supposed to scan for nearby bluetooth devices. It doesn't seem to find anything.

>>> lightblue.finddevices()
[]
>>> lightblue.finddevices(getnames=False)
[]

$ hcitool scan | wc -l
3
$ # 3 is 2 devices found

While this may seem a fairly important function within lightblue, this part or the functionality can be done with the python bluetooth module.
