Bug Description
Whenever a net is changed and the user enters batch processing, he is asked to save the net.
However, if a query is changed, the user is not promted to save the net. This should be fixed.

This is a problem also when the user exists TAPAAL and a query is modified. The user will not be asked to save the net and the created query will be lost.
