importance coloring in dynamic bug listing doesn't match color on bug's web page

Bug Description
In a dynamic bug listing a green marked is used with the word Low for low importance bugs. However, when you look at a bug's web page a different color, black, is used for Low. The inconsistency in color usage for importances is rather confusing.
