libgles2-sgx-omap4-dev should depend on libegl1-sgx-omap4-dev

Bug Description

When I try to build kde for Pandaboard with latest linaro image (11.11), I found that KHR/khrplatform.h is not included in libgles2-sgx-omap4-dev, but in libegl1-sgx-omap4-dev, so that any sw using opengl es can't build with only libgles2-sgx-omap4-dev installed.

As libgles should be dependence of libegl instead of another way around, please move KHR/khrplatform.h to libgles2-sgx-omap4-dev.

KHR/khrplatform.h being part of libegl1-sgx-omap4-dev is correct, what is missing is to add it at the depend list of the libgles1, libgles2 and libopenvg packages (same as mesa).

Just updated the pvr packages at the overlay with this fix, please check and reopen the bug if you're still having this issue.
