Bug Description
In the latest qemu-kvm upload, files were moved from qemu-kvm to qemu-utils. The qemu-utils is missing these control fields, which must be present to ensure correct upgrades:
Breaks: qemu-kvm (<< 0.15.0+
Replaces: qemu-kvm (<< 0.15.0+
