documentation on customizing

As an operator of an openstack cloud I would like to customize my deploy of the dashboard.

I checked:

  https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/README
  http://horizon.openstack.org/
  http://docs.openstack.org/

But couldn't find instructions on how to customize the logo and name of the site.

Potential improvements:

* README should have a section near the top that talks about (the first sentence alludes to the difference between the horizon project as does a paragraph in the Project Structure and Testing) - I think there should be a dedicated section on the reference site.

* http://horizon.openstack.org/ should have a page and section on customizing / running the reference site. It should be clear on the homepage that you should go to that page if you want to *run* the dashboard instead of develop it. The page should cover all the options specified in local_settings.py?

* eventually a doc for docs.openstack.org about running the reference dashboard site?

Currently there is a section on customizing the logo and the title that I wrote, available at - http://horizon.openstack.org/topics/branding.html

This should at least cover the "couldn't find instructions on how to customize the logo and name of the site." issue. Sounds like there's some other improvements desired with this ticket however.
