Bug Description

Last night I updated all the packages on my machine and shut down. This afternoon when I started my machine and booted into KDE the desktop was completely empty. When I right clicked the desktop and tried to add a default panel, plasma-desktop crashed.

Just did a package upgrade and rebooted. Still broken.

Hmm for giggles I did a "rm -R ~/.*", logged in and everything's okay.
