Bug Description

Hello,

I have attached Apple Magic Mouse via bluetooth on my computer. All works fine:
- left click
-right slick
- middle click
- vertical scrolling
- horizontal scrolling

except gestures:
3 finger pinch cause freezing the mouse (or disconnect it) and I must off/on mouse to get it back to work properly
same for others gestures.

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu.
Description: Ubuntu 11.10
Release: 11.10
using gnome-sehll

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename' or by checking in Synaptic.
I don't know which package is affected

3) What you expected to happen
nothing (mouse work properly without freeze or disconnect)

4) What happened instead
3 finger pinch cause freezing the mouse or diconnect it from BT (same for other gestures)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/896825/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

I can't agree that this bug is a duplicate of bug #747835 because:

in bug #747835: "the three finger touch doesn't seem to work. I also tried three-finger click just in case I needed that to make it activate but that too did NOTHING."

in my case: three finger touche case FREEZE of mouse or DISCONNECT mouse from BT reciever and I must reconnect it (with on/off button on mouse)

Sorry for my english

First, I would define this problem as duplicate of bug #862085 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/862085) but in this bug it is Apple Magic Trackpad not Apple Magic Mouse
