Hebrew id tag is not shown correctly in totem

Because the last bug report (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/totem/+bug/234536) was closed, I try to report it more detailed.

When playing mp3's or mp3 streams with hebrew text in the id tags (like this one http://www.clickfm.co.il/ClickIsraeli.m3u) the content of the id tags is not shown correctly, but as unreadable text like "îé÷é âáøéàìåá åàï îøé ãåã - àåìé éâéò éåí".

My System is a Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid with Linux-Kernel 2.6.32-35-generic, Gnome 2.30.2 and Totem 2.30.2.

Because I don't know how to start apport manually to show some more information, I unfortunately can't provide them.

The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME.
