Menu item "Add new view" should change when there are already 2 views

Bug Description
This actually depends on whether we'll keep the AppMenu or not. In the possibility that we keep it, then when the maximum number of views has been hit, the text saying "Add New View" should change to "New tab".

Now, when there are two views, the item sensitive is false! This is more intuitive that the changing of the text
