Bug Description
lp.bugs.mail.newbug doesn't use the normal bug notification email templates or code, so improvements made to the general case need to be separately brought across to newbug.
This means newbug's emails lack important features like the unsubscription link. This is particularly notable because it will send a "You have been subscribed to a public bug by Foo Bar" email without telling you how to unsubscribe, or even that it is possible to do so.
