Linux Mint 12 RC: Gnome Shell Error

Linux Mint 12 RC 32bit dvd edition.
3 partitions:
1/Home
2/Linux Mint 12 RC (before Linux Mint 11)

After install, the default environment was gnome-shell.
When gnome-shell open the only thing charge was desktop icons, and I only can do Ctrl+Alt+Supr to logout and load gnome classic.
I opened a terminal and using gnome-shell --replace appeared this:

I saw similar errors. If you install Empathy, pulling in all of its Telepathy requirements, I think you’ll find that the Telepathy-related messages go away. Whether that’s a good thing or not I don’t know (I don’t use/want Telepathy), but I think it’s fair to conclude that the error messages are due to the GNOME Shell expecting Telepathy to be present, and reacting less than gracefully when the dependency is unmet, as in Mint’s default, Telepathy-less install.

I’m still left with the assertion failure:

Thanks for answer, its fix that part but now I'm getting this:

I have a Nvidia geforce 5200 FX, after I used gnome-shell on ubuntu with no problem and now i have the driver recomended by Mint. I say this for "Not using GLX TFP!"

Could you check whether the "telepathy-mission-control-5" package is installed on your system ?
If it is not, can you confirm that installing it fixes this issue ?

It wasn't. Just installed and will report to you in a few days.

Installed, tried to shut down, didn't work as planned, but as mentioned at the beginning - had to push the power button for the menu to appear again and then it worked.

I can confirm that installing telepathy-mission-control-5 does NOT fix the problem.

I think, that only the two last lines matter. All the other output are in fact just warnings. It's something about the calendar applet.
