Stealth units should not be transparent

Bug Description

Stealth units and buildings should not be transparent, to avoid lag. Instead, they should get an baby blue alpha image(simlar to the black alpha image EMP units get).

If implanted, we can maybe start using Stealth Generator again.

That's not an alpha image, thats a tinting, like the one IronCurtain, Berserk and ForceShield uses.

The idea itself is nice, tho.

But from the enemy's perspective they are still transparent (I assume when fully cloaked they simply have some kind of 100% transparent effect on them) so when the enemy views your base it would still lag, surely?

I am pretty sure that when they're fully cloaked, they're not drawn - it's the partial transparency used during cloak/uncloak sequences and on your own cloaked units that's causing the lag.
