A tag to enable "move over a structure" behavior

Bug Description

Currently, there are two ways to enable movement through (or over) a structure - LaserFence=yes or Firestorm.Wall=yes. One could want to use such for a land mine or some kind of underground structure.

First one will make the building immune to weapons and in case it has a weapon/death weapon it will force an electro infantry death animation.

Second one is an important logic to sacrifice and some would possibly want to have both firestorm and a land mine objects can move over.

Unless someone has an idea for a workaround, I'd like to request a new tag for buildings to enable such behavior.

Is this on our pseudo-mental "list of stuff to do"?
If so, somebody set this to "invalid" and update the blueprint.
If not, somebody set this to "won't fix" and the blueprint to "obsolete".

(Alternatively, the original requester can, of course, proactively start whipping the blueprint into shape.)

14.95.1192, works without issues, at least for non-factory structures.
