Make spy change palette if the infantry the spy disguised itself to have custom palette

Bug Description

"Also, an interesting thing related to Palettes... Disguise cannot reset the palette. I mean, spies disguised as a custompalleted unit will show the disguise in their own palette. "

Reproduciablity: Attach a totally different colored pallette to GI and train a Spy.

The issue is wrong, disguises always visible on unittem. I just realized it, when I replaced unittem to recolor the voxels and forced all infantry to use a backup of the old ones via Palette.

I missed the question.

Issue attached. Left is an infantry with custom palette, right is a Spy disguised as the left infantry.
