Bug Description
Today I was playing YRZH and remembered something I have seen before
When a moving unit got EMPed and return to normal,the unit doesn't continue moving again(miners,tanks)

Fixed issue #1153: AI units will go to hunt when they awake from an EMP period. Harvesters will still resume their last action.
