Bug Description
On rare occasions, a player may lose every single unit they have but will not be 'defeated'.
The player can't do anything, but they can't be defeated. They must resign from the game themselves (or wait until all the other players get bored).

Related to issue #755 - I have a hunch that this is caused by something like issue (bug:754) so I recoded the check to account for those. It might slow the game down a bit though I haven't witnessed that myself.
Related to issue #666 - got round to testing the network event and a custom cursor! Success... kindof. Only immediate neighbours of the trench are counted as traversable, and what's worse, the selected structure itself is counted as such too - this causes an infinite loop.
