Bombable= only works on InfantryTypes. Have Bombable checked on all TechnoTypes

Bug Description

Vehicles and Buildings with Bombable=no set can still have dynamite attached to and detonated on them.

##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE #####
Give [HTNK] Bombable=no
Make Crazy Ivan attach dynamite to it

Marshall, I cannot reproduce this.

Bombable = no

Ivan/Chrono Ivan get the "No Can Do" cursor over it and even force fire doesn't override it, it cannot be bombed.

Further testing reveals that Ivan=yes on the attacking unit determines that the attacking unit should not target Bombable=no units, NOT IvanBomb=yes on the warhead.

I have updated the modenc entry and this Issue should be closed.
