Bug Description
I was a bit surprised when I discovered that the bug listing columns settings were site wide. I don't know why I was surprised. Maybe it's because the settings widget is down on the actual bug listing and I expect my changes there to stick there. Maybe it's because for different projects I have different bug viewing needs (some projects use milestones heavily, for example), and I don't want to have to always be in the "Visible information" dialog box.
I don't know. Maybe this bug is premature.

Suprising, but by-design. We could make the changes per project, rather than page or site. But let's let live as is for awhile, until we get actual feedback about how much people find they need to tweak these settings as they jump from project to project.
