Ubuntu 11.10: No windows decorations on VIA K8M890 chipset

Bug Description
After upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04 and Ubuntu 11.10 there is no windows decorations on VIA K8M890 chipset (unity).
The windows decorations works perfectly on Ubuntu 10.10 on that chipset
The problem exists both on unity and unity-2d.
Workaround:
After run "compiz --replace" the windows decorations appears (see at screenshots in attachment).

you said you upgraded, Did you try to start ubuntu from live session or maybe tried to create a new user in your current install to check if the issue happens there as well.
