Bug listing arrows appear to be backwards

Bug Description
When I sort by bug number, I expect the up arrow to mean ascending and the down arrow to mean descending, but I seem to be seeing the opposite.

Currently these arrows are ascending: up and descending: down. While this may be correct by definition it is the opposite of how the content is displayed on the page.
I have a branch that changes the arrows follow the direction of the content and also changes the style of the arrows.
