[dash] Highlighted text not redrawing correctly

Bug Description
Steps to Repro
1. Open Dash
2. Go to Applications lens
3. For the "Installed" category, click the "Show X more results" button
4. Keep mouse over the "Show X more results" text
5. Using down arrow keys to move grid downwards
6. Observe the "Show X more results" text
Bug:
Part of the text is appears to not be drawn over as the grid scrolls. See screenshot to see what I mean.
