Bug Description
I might have missed it, but afaics currently a dev uploads their package, but can't specify a preference for the distroseries to which the app should be released (in addition to the required current release) - instead the Reviewer specifies this when they upload the package to a PPA.
Instead, we could present the dev with checkboxes, where the current distroseries is pre-selected (and cannot be unchecked), while we encourage them to test/select as many previous series as possible (to increase their user-base), and also ensure they are ready to support future releases.

This is a great feature request, we don't really have time for it atm. What we're doing is packaging for the latest LTS + the next most recent distroseries. If we get more demand for this, it should be fairly straight forwards to implement as an optional bit of info.
