Bug Description
We need to fine tune the write set processing in the replication. For passing the write set handling instructions for the replicator, a new flags parameter is needed for the pre_commit() method.
First use case is to declare if write set is safe for parallel applying.
Handling of jumbo transactions will require flags as well, but it is not yet certain at this point what those flags will exactly be like.
