Bug Description
When right-clicking a icon in the Launcher, the context menu is often not click-able because it doesn't seem to request focus successfully. When this happens, right clicking the icon again always brings a clickable menu. I don't know exactly how to reproduce this, but it seems to happen only when no launcher icon has been right-clicked for some time. I can also guarantee that this bug only affects me because a friend that asked me to install ubuntu into his new notebook noticed the problem in his first day using it.
