Bug Description

When attempting to capture a website from behind a proxy shutter times out.

Using Ububtu 11.10 with proxy autoconfiguration script specified in Ubuntu system configuration and in gconf, and the following environment variables set:

declare -x ALL_PROXY="http://myproxyserver.edu:8080"
declare -x http_proxy="http://myproxyserver.edu:8080"
declare -x https_proxy="http://myproxyserver.edu:8080"

Thanks for reporting. Shutter uses gnome-web-photo to capture webpages. Hence, I've created a new bug in Gnome's Bugzilla.
