Bug Description
I am using Oneiric on an Asus eeePC 1015PEM with Intel graphics adapter. When I have just logged in to a session, everything is snappy, for instance opening a nautilus window and dragging this around over my e-mail client. After a few hours working, or sometimes already earlier, I notice a drop in graphics performance.
Even when I close all applications, and restart my e-mail client and just 1 nautilus window, dragging the nautilus window around is very slow. I get maybe 1 or 2 "updates" per second, giving a very "choppy" movement. It seems to me as though video memory is now suddenly full and all updates have to go over the memory bus instead of using video adapter memory for the rendering.
If I shortly log out and back in again, performance is OK again!
I'm using standard Unity 3D, for the rest not a lot of exciting things. Hope something can be done about it, I'm also willing to invest some time in sorting this matter out, if anyone can give me some debugging pointers.....
