linaro-media-create fails for snowball_emmc

We have two issues here:

= 11.11 l-i-t and you will hit this bug
< 11.11 l-i-t and you will hit can't find binary/etc/resolv.conf error with new rootfs'.

linaro-media-create needs to function using both old format hwpacks and the new formatted ones (NB: there are currently no newly formatted hwacks in existence).

I'm able to build emmc image using latest snowball hwpack:

Setting to invalid since l-m-c behaved as expected with this hwpack configuration. Let me know if you disagree?
