Bug Description
1. Open the edit project maintainer page (.e.g. https:/
2. In maintainer type in the name of a open/delegated team (e.g. ~test-team-open)
3. Click "Save changes"
4. Constraint not satisfied rather than a more informative error message. See screenshot.
Notice that when you try to change the security contact to an open/delegated team, you get a better error message:
"You must choose a valid person or team to be the security contact for OOPS Tools."
