Bug Description
Accessing most of the receiver actions (receive, un-receive, cancel) on individual copies (lineitem_detail's) in the ACQ UI's require the user to load the PO interface where a given copy is on-order. Similarly, many lineitem actions are disabled when a lineitem is viewed in any interface but the PO UI. In many cases, the user will be accessing lineitems and copies directly from the search or picklist interfaces. This topic branch includes several changes to allow for access to actions from non-PO interfaces. The decision to display each action is based on the status of the lineitem or copy in question and not whether the user happens to be viewing the PO interface.
The patches affect the lineitem actions drop-downs (along the right of the page) and the various copy action links which appear to the right of each copy in the copy grid.
