Lo-menubar does not load when opening .doc files

Bug Description

I get this message in terminal when opening a .doc file:
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "globalmenu-gtk"
.docx and .odt are perfectly fine
Libreoffice 3.4.4
ubuntu 11.10
lo-menubar 0.1.0-0ubuntu3

Also, if you open Libreoffice writer then open the .doc file from there, the menu loads up fine.
This seems to happen only when double-clicking the file from my folders.

LibreOffice 3.6 and later has an internal unity integration and thus does not need lo-menubar anymore.
