Bug Description
I submit 4cfcc785e7e9294
and get a message saying that I will recieve an encrypted email encrypted with 4096R/5F6EEC4F
when I actually get an email message encrypted with 4096R/B6D51144
because 4096R/5F6EEC4F is sign only
and 4096R/B6D51144 is my encryption subkey
