Add Existing User LiveSearch Widget Broken

The Add Existing user livesearch widget is broken. In IE it is not working at all. In FF, it is working, but the search box shifts size as you type, making it very confusing to type in. This is an important one to fix ASAP.

It is fixed in this branch on git:

To test this component it needs testing

- both the member add box (add existing member), and the regular tag box (top of community pages)
  because they share the same implementation. This is to make sure that I did not break the tag box.

- both on FF and on IE

The summaries of my fixes:

- general cleanup (I found code not connecting anywhere)

- fix the width of the input box

- in the member box, the first live search item is selected so you can just press enter to add the first user

- IE check (IE7, IE8, IE9)
