Plone 4.1.2 crashes on install of Singing & Dancing

I'm using a 4.1.2 windows installation of Plone after adding Singing & Dancing to buildout, plone is unable to run ... I recieved no errors on buildout yet the log seems to indicate a constant restarting of the services. the lines below are contantly repeating.
This has been tested on a clean installation of 4.1.2 and still the same thing occurs.
