php5 removes packages

Bug Description

When installing phpmyadmin/php5 via apt it wants to remove lots and lots of packages, including ia32-libs-multiarch, which will break 32 bit compatibility. I'm not sure why it wants to remove the packages, but I assumed they weren't needed and went ahead with it.

(apache2 and mysql-server were already installed)
