Bug Description
1.9.7 bzr1798, win7 home premium x64
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new service and save
2. Check that filename is added to Recent Files list
3. Close OpenLP
4. Open service file directly (eg double-click in explorer, or select from OpenLP jump list on taskbar)
5. Recent Files list now contains two duplicate entries
