Bug Description
With fresh install 6.0.3 and latest revision (4922) of stable addons modules (branch 6.0). Only CRM and dependents modules installed in db:
When you create an Internal Note in a lead/opportunity ("Communication and History" tab) with attachment, the note is saved ok, but if you check with double click the note, the attachment is missing...
Identical problem with attachments in mails (button "Send new mail" from "Communication and History" tab).
I can reproduce it from gtk client and web client.

I have checked this issue at my end.
Its only affecting a stable 6.0.3 so I
assign this issue to OPW Team.
