Bug Description
Horizon needs "pycrypto" package as well but its missing from pip-requires list.
I am trying to install Horizon from GIt repository.
Django throws while screen of death with missing crypto module.
Solution,
Adding pycrypto in the pip-requires list and again running
python tools/install_
