that's probably a duplicate from bug #88990 which has already been fixed

I uninstalled it and reinstalled. When i started it
gave me the same error report and ask me to report but
unfortunately i didn't know the mail path. so i
restarted the application but it still didn't load up.
Can you help me with it.
