empathy can't connect to msn new protocol

i can't connect my msn account in ubuntu 11.10

1. Pidgin works. (As workaround)
2. I tried this:
edit the file as root:
/usr/share/pyshared/papyon/service/description/AB/__init__.py
the string "url" to
url = "http://local-bay.contacts.msn.com/abservice/abservice.asmx"

are you using proxy servers?
