Windows-Key leaves tuxpaint in any case

Bug Description
I made some settings in Tux Paint Config:
Fullscreen, Disable Keyboard Shortcuts, Grab Mouse Pointer, Disable Quit Button and Escape Key
I assumed that this is a more or less save config to let my doughter play with my computer. I was wrong and i figured out, that she came to the desktop by simply clicking the Windows button.
My user-expectation was that this is only possible by Alt-F4 or Strg+Shift+Escape!
Btw.: Now i will only use the Guest Session for Tux Paint.
