Select Value for District/Region not working

When you go to the Administer Database and Select District, There you need to select the value of the Region to view the specific District under the Region. But you do not see the output, It is loading all thetime, The same to Diocese, Office/Facility etc

This seems to be working on the demo site. However the error message you are getting seems to indicate that the "treedata" page has not been defined.

The "treedata" page is provided by the "TreeSelect". Can you ensure that this module is enabled for the eastern site? It is a sub-module of "MooTools" so you should be able to see it at:
  http://localhost/manage-eastern/index.php/admin/modules/MooTools
