Bug Description

I create an employe with a contract:
- 1000USD Monthly Net Wage.
- Salary structure with one deduction=50%

The payslip shows:
- Basic salary= 667,00
- Gross salary= 666,67
- Deductions= 333,33
- Net salary= 333,33
-Net Basic= 666,67
- Total payment = 333,33

I expected NET salary, and Total Payment = 1000USD

I think the purpose of specifying Net salary is to specify what the employee actually will receive. Normally I will specify net salary = 1000, and then specify tax deduction on source. Then the employee should receive 1000USD.

I tested using server and addon version 6.0.3

Hi Mustafa,

I'm focused on the stable brance, as I need this in production environment. (So I cannot test in Trunk)

After more testing, I find that everything is working fine as long as the allwance (percentage) is larger than the deduction (in percentage).

Therfore I get error when specify deduction and without specifying a alloace. The it seems the problem is only realted to deductions specified in percecntage.

Hello Oystein,

The hr_payroll and hr_payroll account are already improved in trunk version which will available soon on 6.1.

So this issue only effect for the stable version6 and this is not a blocking issue.

For this type of stable version's issue, If you have a support and maintenance contact with us then you can contact with our OPW team at <email address hidden>, they will definitely help you.

Thanks.
