This is a file corruption, not a dpkg bug.

Unpacking replacement linux-firmware ...

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-firmware_1.34.7_all.deb (--unpack):

 corrupted filesystem tarfile - corrupted package archive
