Bug Description
It is currently impossible to open to the same file in different tabs. No error seems to be reported, but it just can't be done.
This is a quite important feature, since view the same file (but different parts of the file) in different views side-by-side is very useful.

Hum, since we don't have any file monitoring support, it is a feature,
not a bug ;)
