The attached merge contains the fix.

Additionally, it could also be said as the problem from Web because for all such static installations, context comes as None, but no error appears because system finds next action.

Issue should be fixed in the server's trunk branch, as of revision <email address hidden>

A server restart is needed after updating the code.
