[hr_timeshee] An employee cannot manage his timesheets

Bug Description
The group "Employee" does not have access to the menus "My timesheet" or "Timesheets". Only the menu "Human Resources - User" does have these permissions.
This is to us totally incorrect, as the employees, not performing human resources functions, still need to be able to record their work time.
The timesheets should have the same level of permissions to the group "Employee" as the leaves functionalities, where a user can request leaves, which is a functionality connected to Human Resources, but used by any employee.

I have checked your issue with latest trunk at my end but all are working fine.
Employee can enter his timesheet entires successfully.
I have attached a video for your more reference so would you please check it and notify us where you faced the problem.
