Bug Description
It's hard to precisely position elements (movies, audio or transitions) on the timeline when moving them - especially if you have a large number of tracks.
It'd be nice if openshot would draw on vertical line from timeline top to bottom for each beginning and end of the element that is currently on the move. Attached is a screenshot to demonstrate it.
