The last catalog is skipped if Stellarium is restarted after stars7

If Stellarium is restarted after the second-to-last star catalog is downloaded (stars7), the "Get catalog x of y" button will disappear and the "Finished downloading all star catalogs!" message will appear despite the fact that the last catalog is not downloaded yet.

This was noticed in comment #3 of bug report #730110:

The reason appears to be a faulty index to count comparison. I'm going to use bzr annotate on the file to find the responsible party...

I am one of the responsible parties - someone else reported this bug back in March 2010. I had "fixed it", not noticing what exactly was the problem:

Anyway, this time it has been fixed for good and the fix has been committed as revision 5022 in the trunk branch:
